Say you have a 06:40 flight to Frankfurt and a room in the 5-minute ring. Long-haul counters typically open three hours out and close an hour before departure, so your window is roughly 03:40 to 05:40. Alarm at 04:00, 04:30 shuttle, T2 kerb by 04:40, bags dropped by 05:00, security by 05:20, gate by 05:50 with time for a coffee. If the first shuttle is 05:00, that plan collapses into a rush — book a ¥40 Didi for 04:20 instead and sleep the extra half hour.
